1st entry

Yeaah! I finally managed to start my travel blog. I am at least 7 month late, because my original plan was to begin before I end (quit) my job. This was so I could give you the excitement of being there from the start. I guess my motivation was too low since “you” would have only been equivalent to 2-3 people :D.
I choose this name for the blog because I decided to only travel with a carry-on backpack (I hope I won’t regret this later on) and because my planning is also very minimalist ;-) and because I was thinking of a perfect name for days now and finally gave up so this will have to do.
Now I am about 2 weeks away from departure – hopefully enough time to figure out the basics of blogging.
Yes, this blog will be in English. It’s going to be my main language on this journey anyway and it will be easier to sweet talk people I meet on the road into checking it out ;-).
